Oro Valley Police Make Arrest In Lotto Scratcher Theft

An arrest has been made in a case that involved stolen Lotto scratchers.

According to the Oro Valley Police Department (OVPD), in late September, a man jumped over the counter of a local convenience store and stole a large amount of lotto scratchers and cigarettes. Through an investigation conducted by the OVPD Community Action Team (CAT) a suspect was identified.

Kristopher Evan Walden, a 45-year-old Tucson resident, was arrested without incident and booked into the Pima County Adult Detention Center on charges of Burglary 3rd degree (5 counts), trafficking in stolen property, and fraud schemes.
