Phoenix police are investigating a shooting that occurred late Tuesday night that left one-man dead at the scene.
Phoenix police responded to a shooting call in a neighborhood off of 75th Avenue and Indian School Road just after 11 p.m. When officers arrived, they found a man, later identified as 23-year-old Ramon Flores Gonzalez, lying on the ground and suffering from a gunshot wound. Officers provided medical aid until the fire department arrived. Flores Gonzalez later died from his injuries on scene.
Detectives learned the suspect left the area before police arrived. The investigation remains active. Currently, no arrests have been made.
