After an extensive investigation, Phoenix Police Department homicide detectives were able to establish probable cause to arrest 22-year-old Shane Enos for the murder Tasha Yellowhair.
On February 12, 2024, Enos was located and arrested. Enos was booked on multiple felony charges to include murder.
According to the Phoenix Police Department, on January 19, 2024, around 2:00 a.m., officers responded to the area of 51St Avenue and Baseline Road regarding an injured person call. When officers arrived, they found Tasha Yellowhair suffering from at least one stab wound. She was transported to a local hospital however she did not survive her injuries and was pronounced deceased.
