A 21-year-old man, Jacob Moore, has been arrested in connection with a hit-and-run that took the life of 43-year-old Lisa Mancuso in Maricopa County.
On February 24, 2024, at about 10:00 a.m., Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) deputies responded to a hit and run collision in the area of 7th Avenue and Cloud in New River. Mancuso was jogging when she was struck by a pickup truck that did not stop after the collision and left the scene. Lisa was pronounced deceased on scene by medical personnel.
On March 18, 2024, at approximately 4:00 a.m., Moore self-surrendered to MCSO Vehicular Crimes Unit (VCU) and was booked into jail for Manslaughter and Failure to stop at an accident scene.
