A Tucson man, Enrique Adrian Yanez, was sentenced last week to 42 months in prison after pleading guilty to one count of Knowing Access of Child Pornography.
Yanez’s prison sentence is to be followed by lifetime supervised release. When Yanez is released from prison, he will be required to register as a sex offender.
According to the Department of Justice, during the summer of 2022, special agents with Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) learned that Yanez was distributing child pornography files through a peer-to-peer file-sharing network. After HSI executed a search warrant on Yanez’s residence, agents located additional child pornography files on a computer belonging to Yanez.
