Two accused burglars are in custody in connection with a Paradise Valley burglary that occurred in December.
According to the Paradise Valley Police Department, Jorge Gomez Cereceda, 23, and Constanza Gonzalez-Rozas, 22, have been identified and arrested as part of an investigation into a residential burglary that occurred in the 6000 Block of E Arroyo Verde Dr, Paradise Valley, AZ, on December 29, 2023.
Investigators connected the suspects’ activity in Arizona with that of a South American Theft Group (SATG). Probable cause was developed for these suspects, who allegedly stole several purses, jewelry, and cash valued at approximately $280,450.
The suspects were apprehended by law enforcement in Colorado and California on unrelated incidents and are now being held on arrest warrants pending extradition to Arizona for their criminal proceedings.
