Casa Grande Police Department detectives have arrested 30-year-old local Everardo Gregorio in connection with a fire at the Khal Chasidim Jewish community center in Casa Grande.
On March 3rd, 2025, at 4:53 a.m., police and the Fire Department responded to a call for service of a structure fire at the center located at 913 East 8th Street. The structure sustained significant damage from the fire.
CGPD Detectives have identified significant evidence linking Gregorio to the fire. On March 5th, GREGORIO was located by Police near the Khal Chasidim.
Gregorio was taken into custody and booked into the Pinal County Adult Detention Center.
Charges of Arson of an Occupied Structure will be submitted to the Pinal County Attorney’s Office for review.
