ADI’s 30 Under 30

30 under 30

The Arizona Daily Independent reached out to local businesses, nonprofits, schools, and community leaders across the state to gather nominations for our 2025 30 Under 30 list. After receiving 2,137 nominations, a selection committee carefully reviewed each submission, evaluating candidates based on their leadership, innovation, service, and measurable impact.

The individuals chosen stood out not only for their impressive accomplishments at a young age, but also for their unwavering commitment to bettering their communities, industries, and the state of Arizona. We are proud to present the 2025 class of 30 Under 30—trailblazers, advocates, entrepreneurs, and changemakers shaping Arizona’s future.
