Phoenix Police Department detectives are investigating a fatal collision that happened in Phoenix that took the life of a woman on Saturday.
Around 5:50 pm on June 14, 2025, officers were called to a collision involving two vehicles in the area of 35th Avenue and Glendale Avenue. As officers arrived on the scene, they located the driver of one of the vehicles in critical condition. The Phoenix Fire Department transported the woman to a nearby hospital, where she did not survive her injuries and died at the hospital.
Detectives responded to assume the investigation and process the scene. Preliminary information suggests the driver failed to yield to the right of way northbound traffic.
