Two Charged For Organized Retail Theft Ring Targeting Home Depot

Two men, German Juarez Espinoza and Jacinto Juarez Espinoza have been indicted for their roles in an organized retail theft operation targeting Home Depot stores across Maricopa County.

According to the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, between March and June 2025, the defendants are accused of committing a series of coordinated thefts in which they stole tools and air conditioning units. On several occasions, they allegedly skipped payment lines or used fake receipts to steal merchandise. Investigators say the stolen items were then listed for sale on Facebook Marketplace.

German Espinoza is charged with the following:

  • 13 Counts of Organized Retail Theft, a Class Four Felony
  • Three Counts of Trafficking in Stolen Property, a Class Two Felony
  • One Count of Fraudulent Schemes and Artifices, a Class Two Felony.

Jacinto Espinoza now faces charges of:

  • 12 Counts of Organized Retail Theft, a Class Four Felony
  • Three Counts of Trafficking in Stolen Property, a Class Two Felony
  • One Count of Fraudulent Schemes and Artifices, a Class Two Felony.

Germain Espinoza’s case is set for trial in December 2025. Jacinto Espinoza’s case is currently scheduled to go to trial in November 2025.

  1. And any bet both are ILLEGALS??? Thought not. Convict, serve the time and then deport……

    • Deport them to the Patagonia area of Argentina or the scumbags will be back in a week. A good caning beforehand never hurts; well, never hurts US.
