Phoenix Police detectives are investigating a shooting that left a 20-year-old man dead.
According to the Phoenix Police Department, on November 25, 2025, at around 10:06 p.m., officers responded to the area of 19th Street and Roosevelt Street. When officers arrived on the scene, they located two adult males suffering from gunshot wounds. The Phoenix Fire Department arrived on the scene and transported both men to a nearby hospital. One man later identified as Zarion Lavel Davis was pronounced deceased at the hospital. The second male transported was treated for his injuries where he remains recovering, detectives will attempt to interview him once he is released.
