Man Indicted for Trafficking Teen on Phoenix Prostitution Hub “The Blade”

An man accused of being a pimp, Kemariyon Reynolds, has been indicted for trafficking a 16-year-old girl in Phoenix.

According to the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, in October 2025, Phoenix Police officers spotted the teen victim on “The Blade,” an area near 27th Avenue and Indian School Road known for prostitution. The victim told police that Reynolds bought her clothes and got a hotel room, where she had sex for money. She then gave the money to Reynolds.

The victim was offered support services.

Reynolds is charged with three counts of Child Sex Trafficking, a Class Two Felony.

He is being held on a $150,000 cash bond. Trial is currently set for June 2026.
