The Arizona Attorney General’s Office is calling on all eligible consumers to submit the necessary information to receive restitution from an $11.8 million settlement with Choice Home Warranty.

On February 10, 2026, the Arizona Attorney General’s Office (AGO) announced the $11.8 million settlement. The judgment, entered with the AGO on January 23, 2026, also requires Choice Home Warranty to reform its sales practices and provide meaningful disclosures to consumers before selling warranties.

According to the AGO, consumers who purchased a warranty from Choice Home Warranty over the phone between January 1, 2013 and January 1, 2023 for a property in Arizona may be eligible for restitution.

To receive restitution — up to the full purchase price of the warranty — consumers must complete the online form on the AGO’s website. Consumers do not need to submit a separate consumer complaint or call the consumer complaint line to be considered for restitution, and only those who complete the form will be eligible.

Restitution claims will be paid as funds become available. The online form can be accessed at www.azag.gov/consumer/chw.
