On Tuesday, the Arizona House passed SB1370, which will prohibit double voting. The bill sponsored by Sen. Griffin passed on a bipartisan 52-4 vote.
While many politicos claim that double voting does not happen, in 2010 Carol Hannah, of Bullhead City voted in both Arizona and Colorado. Hannah was convicted of voter fraud in Colorado. She subsequently and lost her right to vote, according to the Daily Caller.

b. Two state elections which are on the same day and contain federal offices. (Sec. 1)
2. Classifies a violation for voting in multiple jurisdictions as a Class 5 Felony (1.5 years/$150,000 plus surcharges).
