On Friday, April 3, Governor Doug Ducey changed his earlier Executive Order with a redefinition of essential services. As a result, salons, barbers, tattoo parlors, massage parlors, spas and other previously exempt businesses must cease operations by 5 p.m. on Saturday, April 4.
The Governor’s Office clarified that many essential services, such as day care centers and personal hygiene services, such as in-home assistance with bathing and cleaning, may continue operations but under careful measures.
