Phoenix Police have identified the body of a woman is found dead in a Phoenix residential alleyway as 48-year-old Nicole Lugo.
On June 1, 2025, around 6:30 a.m., officers were called to a dead body call in an alleyway near 30th Avenue and Palmaire Avenue. When officers arrived, the body of Lugo was found on the ground with possible signs of injury.
Detectives continue to investigate this incident as a death investigation as they await the complete findings from the Office of the Medical Examiner.
