A. J. LaFaro, Chairman of the Maricopa County Republican Committee, was honored Thursday night at Legislative District 23’s Annual Christmas Gala held at the Thursday night Resort & Villas.
LaFaro said “he was totally taken by surprise and honored for the recognition of his service these past two years.” He went on to say “I’m but one person of a larger team of Republican grass roots activists who are committed to this Great Republic, the conservative values of the Republican Party and our message of Pro Faith, Pro Family and Pro Freedom.”
LaFaro expressed his deepest appreciation and heartfelt thanks to the audience, especially Liz Alcorn, Gala Chairman, and Jim O’Connor, Chairman of Legislative District 23.
The inscription on the service award reads:
“Your courageous stand against voter fraud by progressive socialists, your steadfast passion to ensure grass roots leadership throughout our party, together with your “Target 2014 Initiative” serve as examples of your leadership. Your fellow patriots salute you.”
