Upsets are underway in two hotly contested Arizona State Senate races. Wendy Rogers has taken an early lead against incumbent State Sen. Sylvia Allen in the Legislative District 6 Senate race.
Rep. Nancy Barto is leading in early votes against Sen. Heather Carter in the Legislative District 15 Senate race.
Rogers currently has 59.2% of the early votes, with Allen trailing with 40.8%. Rogers is leading by 4,466 votes.
In early results, Barto is leading by 317 votes, taking 51.2% with Carter taking 48.8% of the vote.
