Chief Deputy Chris Nanos advises that on July 25, 2014, at approximately 9:00 p.m., San Xavier District deputies responded to a report of shots heard in the 3200 block of East Mossman Road. When deputies arrived, they located the victim who had a non-life threatening gunshot wound to the leg. He was transported by ambulance to a local hospital for treatment. The Sheriff’s Department Night Detective Squad responded and took over the investigation. During the course of their investigation they learned the suspect(s) fled the scene in a white Pontiac Grand Prix or Grand Am, or similar type vehicle. Anyone with information regarding this incident is urged to call 9-1-1 or 88-CRIME
