Pima County Supervisor Carroll’s behavior grows more bizarre by the meeting

Pima County Supervisor Ray Carroll has earned a reputation as a bully and at the Tuesday, December 2, 2014 meeting of the Board, he revealed one more bullying-type tactic in his arsenal. During that meeting, Carroll videotaped a constituent from his District as she addressed the Board.

Supervisor Ally Miller, who’s staff has been bullied themselves by Carroll, caught the supervisor on camera as he caught his constituent on his cellphone camera.

The increasingly bizarre behavior by Carroll has left even his past supporters questioning the supervisor.
