Independent ranks continue to grow, parties decline

The total number voters have increased and party membership has decreased. The total number of registered voters in Arizona rose by 11,000 to 3.24 million since the last report in November of 2014.

Independents continue to be the largest bloc in the state with nearly 1.16 million voters, followed by Republicans at 1.11 million, Democrats with more than 933,000 and 26,000 Libertarians.
