Arizona Leaders Respond To Rancher’s Shooting, Finicum Funeral Today

On Wednesday, Arizona House members signed a letter urging Congressman a Gosar to launch an official investigation into LaVoy Finicum’s death, and Rep. Bob Thorpe has contacted both the Arizona Attorney General and Governor’s offices encouraging them to seek and ensure a full and transparent investigation of the shooting of Mr. Finicum by Oregon and FBI law enforcement personnel.

The President of the Coconino County Cattle Growers and AZ Farm Bureau, Jim Parks and his wife Vickie, are making the 6 hour round trip today to Freedonia, AZ to attend the funeral for Arizona rancher LaVoy Finicum. Parks has been in contact with the family, and according to sources, wants to be there in order to support them during this difficult time.
