Arizona’s Presidential Preference Election Lawsuit Proceeds

On Monday, Maricopa County Judge David Gass decided that a lawsuit related to Arizona’s presidential preference election and the voters who were disenfranchised by the actions of the Arizona Secretary of State Michele Reagan and Maricopa County Recorder Helen Purcell could proceed.

The judge denied the request from the Arizona attorney general’s office to dismiss the case.

Election conspiracy theorist, John Brakey is pursuing the lawsuit. Brakey has challenged election results across the state on various levels for years.
