Stolen Debit Card Used At Pima County Apple Store

On October 25, 2016, Pima County deputies received a report of fraud. Vantage West Credit Union staff called to report a member’s debit card had been fraudulently used at the Apple Store, located at 2095 East Skyline Drive. Deputies learned the credit union had already refunded the member and begun conducting an internal investigation, which showed over $2,000 in merchandise was purchased using the stolen debit card information.

Detectives received surveillance pictures and are asking for the public’s assistance locating the suspect.

The suspect is described as:

  • An Asian male in his 30s to 40s
  • Short dark hair with a thin build
  • Last seen wearing a white polo with the number 3 on the sleeve, dark colored pants, and sneakers
