Toma Sworn In To Replace Lovas

Today, Ben Toma (R-22) became the newest member of the Arizona House of Representatives. Rep. Toma was appointed to the House Wednesday morning by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of former Rep. Phil Lovas.

“Serving in the House of Representatives is both an incredible honor and a tremendous responsibility,” said Representative Toma. “I thank the Board of Supervisors for entrusting me with public service and thank my new colleagues for the warm welcome.”

Rep. Toma is a real estate broker and founder of Century 21 Toma Partners. He’s a former member of the Peoria City Council. Rep. Toma and his wife, Ana, have five daughters and live in Peoria.
