Dikman Named Nogales Patrol Agent In Charge

Sabri Dikman becomes the PAIC of the Nogales Border Patrol Station

Arizona’s largest United States Border Patrol station in Nogales will soon be under new leadership. As the Patrol Agent in Charge (PAIC) for the Nogales Station, Sabri Dikman will lead one of the largest and historically busiest Border Patrol stations in the United States beginning June 11.

PAIC Dikman started his Border Patrol career in 1998 at the Nogales Station but promoted to the Sonoita Station in 2003 as a Supervisory Border Patrol Agent. He later promoted to a Field Operations Supervisor, Special Operations Supervisor and Assistant Patrol Agent in Charge.

Dikman returned to the Nogales Station in 2010 to serve as the Deputy Patrol Agent in Charge. The following year, however, he left Tucson Sector when he promoted to the Assistant Chief Patrol Agent for operations at Arizona’s then Joint Field Command.

In 2012, he promoted to Tucson Sector as Executive Officer for operations before being selected as PAIC for Willcox Station in 2013.

Prior to joining the Border Patrol, Dikman served in the U.S. Army as a rifleman and squad leader on the United States Army Drill Team and the Presidential Salute Gun Battery.

Dikman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration of Justice from Northern Arizona University and has attended several leadership development courses within U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

After learning of his selection to lead the Nogales Station, Dikman said, “It is my honor and privilege to accept the position of PAIC of the Nogales Station. I look forward to working with the members of the community as we build upon the strong existing relationship and work toward our shared goal of a safer community as a result of a secure border.”

PAIC Dikman also said he is fully aware of the challenges to maintaining a secure border. He credits the hard working men and women of the Nogales Border Patrol Station, as well as the multitude of federal, state, local and tribal law enforcement, and public service agencies working together to prevent cross-border criminal activity.
