Tucson Water offers a program for its customers who have limited incomes to receive help to pay their utility services statements (water, sewer/wastewater, trash/recycling). The bill must be in the applicant’s name, and there are guidelines for household size and annual income.
In addition, qualifying limited-income homeowners can receive up to two high-efficiency toilets to replace older fixtures, apply for rainwater harvesting grants or loans to install a system, and get other water-saving options.
- You must be a Tucson Water customer.
- The Utility Services Statement must be in your name.
- You must meet the household size/income guidelines below (updated May 2017).
