[Updated] Two Pima County Kids Missing, Help Sought To Find Them

UPDATE: Jana Anderson and Alonzo de la Cruz have been found.

The Pima County Sheriff’s Department is looking young people who went missing in two separate instances.

Alonzo de la Cruz, age 11, left school around 3:00 p.m. at 315 E. Prince and was supposed to take the school bus home but never arrived. Alonzo is newer to the area and may be on foot but he does know how to use the Sun Tran bus system.

Alonzo is described as an African American male.

Weight: 140 lbs with
Eye color: brown
Hair color: black hair
Last seen wearing: Black shirt, light shorts and wearing a green and black backpack (tortoise shell appearance).

Jana Anderson, age 13, was last seen at her home in the 7300 block of North Iron Bell Place, around 9:30 p.m.

Height: 5’3”
Weight: approximately 130
Eye color: Blue
Hair color: Dark Blonde
Last seen wearing: Glasses, purple shirt, jean shorts, and usually wears gold colored shoes.
Location last seen: 7300 block of North Iron Bell Place
Time last seen: 9:30 p.m.
Mode of transportation: walking
Possible Medical Issues: Diagnosed with autism. Functions at an 8-year-old level

Anyone with information on the location of Jana Anderson and Alonzo de la Cruz is urged to call 9-1-1.
