Yuma Police Looking For Person Who Put Dog In Dumpster

The Yuma Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect in an animal cruelty case.

On August 24, 2017 the Yuma Police Department responded to the 300 Block of S. Main Street regarding a dog in a dumpster. According to authorities:

The white Poodle was found in and removed from the dumpster by the officer. The Poodle did not appear to be hurt and was taken to the Humane Society. He has since been reunited with his family.

Animal Control was able to locate video from a local business. We know this video is not clear or close up but if anyone can identify the person, who put the Poodle in the dumpster, please call the Yuma Police Department at 928-783-4421 or 78CRIME (928-782-7463 to remain anonymous.
