On Thursday October 19, 2017 at approximately 9:23 a.m., the Cochise County Sheriff’s Office was advised of a plane crash north of Interstate 10 near mile post 355.
Sheriff’s Deputies located a fixed wing, single engine airplane with one deceased occupant.
The plane was flying from California to Texas.
It had taken off from the Gila Bend Airport.
