Identity Of Suspect Who Stole Car In Pima County Burglary

Burglarly suspect used Credit Card at nearby Circlek

On Friday, October 6, 2017, Pima County deputies responded to a residence in the 100 block of West River Road for a report of stolen vehicle. Upon arrival, deputies learned someone had burglarized the victim’s home and stolen his wallet and tan 2002 Toyota Camry.

The victim informed deputies his credit card had been used earlier that morning at a Circle K in the area of 1st Avenue and Fort Lowell Road. Surveillance footage from the Circle K showed a male suspect using the victim’s credit card around 3:00 a.m. on October 6th. The victim’s Toyota Camry was seen in the parking lot at this same time.

The suspect is described as:

• Caucasian, in his 40s or 50s, with short brown hair and a beard

• Approximately 5’10” to 6’0” tall, thin build

• Last seen wearing a dark blue baseball hat, black tank top, and dark blue pants

Auto Theft detectives have taken over the investigation and are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect in this case. Anyone with information is asked to call 9-1-1.
