The Arizona Department of Public Safety was recently provided information containing serious allegations against a Department employee. As a result, John Petculescu, who has been a DPS employee for 18 years, was arrested.
Petculescu was booked into the Maricopa County Jail on eight counts of theft and eight counts of misconduct involving weapons.
Petculescu has also been administratively suspended.
