Wellton Station Border Patrol agents patrolling near Gila Bend Wednesday arrested three illegal aliens from Mexico, including a 29-year-old man previously removed from the U.S. after convictions in New Jersey for child exploitation and maintaining child pornography.
During processing, agents conducted a records check and learned of Esau Rios-Osorio’s felony convictions.
Agents are processing all three men for immigration violations, in accordance with Yuma Sector guidelines.
