Glassman Rakes In Big Bucks, Endorsements In Corporation Commission Run

Former Tucson City Councilman, Rodney Glassman, is raking in money and garnering endorsements in his run for a spot on the Arizona Corporation Commission. Glassman’s campaign committee filed its January, 2018 campaign finance report with a total of $373,000 raised and more than $337,000 cash on hand remaining.

Glassman’s campaign noted that only three of the five Republicans running in 2016 filed January 31st reports, and they had raised a combined total of approximately $22,000.

Glassman’s committee is chaired by Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery, and he has secured endorsements from around the state, including from Secretary of State Michele Reagan, State Senators Sonny Borrelli and Karen Fann, State Representatives Jay Lawrence, David Livingston, TJ Shope, Brenda Barton, Regina Cobb, Becky Nutt and Noel Campbell, Maricopa County Board Chairman Denny Barney, Yavapai County Attorney Sheila Polk, Lake Havasu City Mayor Mark Nexsen, and Phoenix City Councilman Sal DiCiccio.
