On January 16, 2018, the Cochise County Sheriff’s Office Street Crimes Unit conducted a traffic stop on two vehicles in the area of Rainbow Way and Blue Horizon in Sierra Vista.
During the course of the investigation, the Street Crime Unit determined that 21 year old Mikiyale Milan-Dontae Beathea was in possession of approximately 10 grams of Cocaine packaged for sale.
Beathea was booked into the Cochise County Jail for the following felony charges:
- Possession of a Narcotic Drug.
- Possession of a Narcotic Drug for Sale.
- Transportation of a Narcotic Drug for Sale.
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
On Friday January 19, 2018, Mr. Beathea was releases on a bond of $25,000.00.
