Yuma Couple Arrested For Sexual Abuse Of A Minor Girl

On Thursday, February 1, 2018, at approximately 9:09 a.m., the Yuma County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call in reference to a possible sexual abuse and molestation case.

Upon making contact with the victim, the victim told deputies that she had been sexually abused by the suspect at his home in the 18000 block of East County 7th Street in Dome Valley, AZ.

On February 7, 2018, the Yuma County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Bureau made contact and interviewed the suspect and his wife in reference to the allegations:

  • Suspect 1: Ernesto Marron Juarez, 56, of Dome Valley, was arrested and booked into the Yuma County Detention Center on Public Sexual Indecency, Sexual Abuse and Molestation of a child. He is currently out on a $250,000 bond.
  • Suspect 2: Hilda B. Juarez, 53, of Dome Valley, was arrested and booked into the Yuma County Detention Center on one count of Failure to Report neglect of a minor. She is currently out on a $10,000 bond.
