Yuma County Supervisors Appoint Dunn To Replace Shooter In LD13

The Yuma County Board of Supervisors appointed Tim Dunn today to fill the LD13 vacancy in the Arizona House of Representatives left by former Don Shooter.

Shooter was expelled by his fellow legislators from the Arizona House of Representatives.

Yuma County Republican Party precinct committeemen nominated Paul Brierley, Tim Dunn, and Cora Lee Schingnitz.

Brierley, director of the University of Arizona’s Yuma Center of Excellence for Desert Agriculture, received the most votes from the precinct committeemen.

Dunn operates Dunn Grain which “provides a variety of services including seed sales, and seed processing.”
