Woman Arrested For 2016 Tucson Drug Deal Homicide

Tucson Police Department detectives have arrested 25-year-old Felicite Hartmann in connection to the May 11, 2016 death of Johnathon Slowley.

Detectives from the Tucson Police Department have continued their investigation into the homicide that occurred at 3125 N. Alvernon Way on May 11, 2016. Their investigation revealed Mr. Slowley had been at his apartment with Hartmann, and both were involved in a drug transaction with two Hispanic males. An altercation ensued inside the apartment with the males and both Mr. Slowley and Ms. Hartmann were shot.

Detectives obtained a felony arrest warrant for Ms. Hartmann for 1st Degree Murder, two counts of Robbery, two counts of Aggravated Robbery, and Conspiracy to Commit Robbery. On February 27, 2018 the U.S. Marshals located Ms. Hartmann in Tucson and arrested her without incident. She was transported and booked into the Pima County Jail.

The investigation is ongoing. Detectives are still looking to identify the two outstanding Hispanic males. They are urging anyone with information to please call 88-CRIME. You can remain anonymous.
