On March 1, 2018, approximately 3:20 pm, officers of the Sahuarita Police Department were dispatched to a hit and run vehicle collision at the intersection of W. Duval Mine Rd. and Alpha Ave. A newer model grey Ford Fusion rear-ended another vehicle. The driver of the Ford Fusion failed to provide any information to the victim. The license plate was covered and the suspects in the Ford fled the location southbound on I-19 from Duval Mine Rd.
The victim was not injured.
The Sahuarita Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying both occupants of the Ford Fusion.
