On Friday, a public viewing was hosted at Nogales High School for slain Nogales Police Officer Jesus Cordova.
The Arizona Department of Public Safety took over the city’s police duties so officers could mourn their colleague.
On Saturday May 5, a public viewing and a mass in Officer Cordova’s honor will be held at the James K. Clark Auditorium at Nogales High School. Viewing will begin at 10:00 a.m.
Law Enforcement honors will be rendered to Officer Cordova at the Nogales High School courtyard immediately after the viewing and mass.
