It appears that parents, Luis and Andrea Ramirez, who took their children from a case worker for DCS have taken their children to Mexico.
The Tucson Police Department located the 1996 Toyota Camry in Nogales, AZ near the Mexico border. The parents and children are still missing.
Evidence located in the vehicle shows that Luis Ramirez has most likely shaved at least his beard. It also appears that the parents and children have changed their clothing.
Detectives are still asking anyone with information on the possible whereabouts of the children or parents to please call 911 or 88-CRIME. You can remain anonymous.
