Former Tempe Judges Placed On Interim Suspension After Stabbing His Wife

Proving once again that the Arizona Bar does little to protect the public from unscrupulous and even dangerous attorneys, an order imposing only an interim suspension was issued against Thomas J. Robinson by the Presiding Disciplinary Judge of the Arizona Supreme Court.

The disciplinary action is a result of criminal activity including a Class 3 Felony Aggravated Assault and a Domestic Violence Offense after pleading guilty to stabbing his wife. Robinson was sentenced to four months in jail and three years of supervised probation.
