Tempe Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating a suspect who reportedly tried to kidnap a woman on Saturday morning.
The suspect tried to kidnap the victim near 5th and Roosevelt streets around 3 a.m.
The suspect is described as 20 to 25 years of age, weighing 200 pounds, and 6 feet tall. He has short brown hair and brown eyes.
