On Sunday, after the Arizona Department of Public Safety received multiple reports of a stopped vehicle on Loop 101 near Bell Road, troopers found a deceased woman in the vehicle.
The woman had a rope around her neck, according to various reports.
Loop 101 was partially closed Sunday as authorities investigated the death. The investigation is ongoing.
