The Amber alert issued for 14 year old Aubrey Gardner on September 9, 2018 was after she was located in Mesquite, Nevada with 21 year old Jonathan Carson.
Carson is the subject of an outstanding felony warrant for deserting from military service.
According to authorities, Aubrey was unharmed. She and Jonathan Carson are both in police custody.
Investigators are still working to determine the circumstances surrounding Aubrey’s disappearance.
Aubrey was reported as missing from her home in Surprise on September 8, 2018.
