Previously Deported Convicted Child Sex Offender Nabbed By Border Patrol Agents

A Mexican man, Jose Rivera-Fuentes, was apprehended by Ajo Station Border Patrol agents on Thursday morning near Why, Arizona. The man was later identified as a previously-deported, convicted sex offender.

During processing, agents learned the 41-year-old Rivera-Fuentes was convicted of lewd and lascivious acts with a minor in 2014 in Bradenton, Florida, where he was sentenced to one year in jail for his crimes.

Rivera-Fuentes will remain in federal custody to face charges as per federal prosecution guidelines.

All persons apprehended by the U.S. Border Patrol undergo criminal history checks using biometrics to ensure illegal immigrants with criminal histories are positively identified.

  1. The wall is built – it has two sides – “All persons apprehended by the U.S. Border Patrol undergo criminal history checks using biometrics to ensure illegal immigrants with criminal histories are positively identified” BIOMETRICS are now in use, going ‘in’ going ‘out’ on this perp – on you on me. I travel near the border very often, going through the checkpoint sometimes daily once or twice- each way the cameras look – they know – this won’t be staying at the border – it’s coming our way.

  2. This time we need to cut off señor Rivera-Fuentes balls before we send him home. It’ll help motivate him from returning or molesting our kids.
