A U.S. Marshal was killed in the line of duty Thursday evening following an officer-involved shooting in Tucson. The shooting occurred at around 5:30 p.m., outside a house in northwest Tucson.
The suspect, identified as Ryan Schlesinger, age 26, was in custody after the one-hour standoff with law enforcement.
Schlesinger was wanted on a felony warrant, charged with stalking a law enforcement officer.
