Shane Martin and Marietta Hope Keeter have been arrested in connection with the First Degree Murder of 73-year-old Julia Rankin. Martin and Keeter were booked into the Pima County Adult Detention Complex.
According to the Pima County Sheriff’s Department, on April 26, 2019, at approximately 7:00 p.m, deputies responded to a check welfare call at a residence in the 4200 block of East Dover Stravenue. Deputies discovered the body of Ms. Rankin with obvious signs of trauma.
