TUCSON, Ariz. – An alleged voyeur, Kelvin Kirby Jr., was arrested by Sahuarita Police officers on Thursday after he saw himself on television.
The 34-year-old Kirby Jr. allegedly was caught by surveillance cameras taking surreptitious cell phone video from underneath a female’s dress at the Fry’s Marketplace at 15950 S. Rancho Sahuarita Blvd.
Kirby called police after seeing himself appear on a news story related to the incident.
Kirby was booked into the Pima County Jail on one felony count of voyeurism.
