Tucson Police Investigating Elderly Man’s Death On South Side

Tucson Police are investigating the death of 71 year-old Fernando Broyles.

According to Tucson Police, shortly after 12 p.m. on May 31, 2019, officers and members from the Tucson Fire Department responded to a home in the 2100 block of S. Tucson Ave. A 911 caller indicated an unresponsive male was found in the home. Upon arrival, officers found Mr. Broyles with obvious signs of trauma.

Mr. Broyles was pronounced deceased on scene.

Detectives are actively following up on leads and are asking anyone with information to call 88-CRIME. You can remain anonymous.
